Unreal Bridge: How to use the Unreal Bridge.

Daz to Unreal requires a 2 part process to import using the bridge. Importing can take a few minutes, especially for a large or complex figure. The transfer can also take longer on first time imports.

Unreal

Step 1: Within Unreal, select whichever Category and Template that is needed to create the project.

Step 2: Select the location to save the project by selecting the three dots. Enter in the project name and select “Create Project.”

Step 3:
Select “Settings” and then “Plugins,” from the drop down list.

Step 4:
Search for Daz to Unreal within the search box and then select the box next to “Enabled. When prompted select “Restart Now” to restart the engine.

Daz Studio: 

Step 5: Open your character in Daz Studio.

Step 6: Select the “Scene” tab in the upper right hand corner and highlight the entire character package to be converted to Unreal

Step 7: Within the top menu toolbar, select “File,” “Send To”, and then “Daz to Unreal.”  A pop up window will appear with the title “Daz To Unreal.”

Step 8: Select “Accept.”
