A screenshot is an image taken of what is displayed on your screen. This is very helpful and important for customer service to diagnose issues. Follow the steps below on how to take a screenshot from your PC or Mac.
PC users:
Step 1: Have whatever image(s) you want to take a screenshot of up on your screen.
Step 2: Press the “PrtScn” key. (This function is normally listed as “PrtScn” or something very similar.)
Step 3: Pressing “PrtScn” copies the entire screen to the clipboard. You can paste the screenshot into any program that displays images, like “Paint” or Microsoft Word.”
Step 4: From “Paint” or “Microsoft Word” paste the image, and then save it to your computer.
Step 5: You are now able to retrieve the image from the saved location to be used however is necessary.
MAC users:
Step 1: Have whatever image(s) you want to take a screenshot of up on your screen.
Step 2: Press COMMAND + SHIFT + 4
Step 3: Highlight what you would like in your screenshot
Step 4: The image has now been saved to the desktop and can be used however is necessary.
