What do I do if my cart says there are items in it, but then my cart says "Empty"?

Occasionally, some users may experience adding items to their cart; and then when viewing the cart, will see that their cart is empty. 

**Additional Details: 
If your “Shopping Cart” has items in it, has missing items, or shows as empty even though you’ve selected items; this is caused by NOT being logged into your account. Follow the steps below on how to correct this issue: 

Step 1: Login with your current email address and password.

Step 2:  Once logged in, add any other item to your cart. Both items will then appear in your cart.  

Step 3: You can then remove the unwanted item(s) and proceed to checkout.
