There are two (2) different options in locating your order number.
First Option: Refer to the order confirmation that was sent to your personal email to obtain the purchase order number. The order number is listed in both the subject line and in the body of the email as shown below. 
Second Option: The order number can also be found within your “My Account,” select the icon for “Orders.”
